Roof Inspection for Residential and Commercial buildings, Includes Thermal Imaging. Basic Inspection consists of RGB (Visual Images) in high resolution, and thermal images. Thermal imaging can detect water intrusion, water retains more heat after the sun load is removed from the roof. Great for inspection process for real estate purchase. This is done at a reasonable rate. In depth inspection consists of a 2D Orthosmosiac, producing a model of the site and property allowing for high resolution stitched images for elevation plots to detect sagging and thermal images to find moisture. The orthomosiac allow the manual measurement of the rood size and peak and valleys can be measured for job bidding or estimating for roofing companies, concerned homeowners, or insurance claims. The complete inspection consists of a 2D Orhtomosiac that is done using Drone Deploy software. This is great for Industrial jobs or very complex roofs. This option is in depth and the roof report contains the following: • Property Overview • Images (N,S,E,W) • Surface Summary • Area, Pitch, Obstructions • Edge Measurements • Edge Types It will also list any anomalies that are detected, slope, and pitch of the roof. It will list all the types of flashing needed and the specific lengths of them for easy bidding of complex jobs. The thermal imaging will reveal any moisture trapped under the roof. The thermal images and also in a 2d orthomosiac and the RGB is produced in a 3D model. This allows jobs to be bid without having to measure the roof and any hidden moisture where the is a likely wood damage can be seen and bid on the initial quote.
